The reservation process and check-in/check-out at the hotel were a breeze, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff at the reception desk. They knew exactly what they were doing and made sure everything went smoothly. The complementary breakfast served at the hotel was quite nice. Though the variety was limited, the food was well-cooked and tasty.

The room service, apart from the restaurant, was a bit lazy. It took longer than expected for them to attend to our requests and sometimes they even forgot about them altogether.
